Debra Leigh-Taylor

Biography

Debra Leigh-Taylor was born and raised in Middlesex, West London and now lives in the Chalfont area of Buckinghamshire. 


Acting and singing formed the

major part of her early life as

she became heavily involved 

at the Compass Theatre, 

Ickenham. Here she learned

all aspects of theatre and 

stage production whilst playing 

many roles ranging from 

tragedy to comedy and farce.

She also took on many leading

roles in musical theatre

including Cabaret, Carousel,

Pirates of Penzance and Half a

Sixpence. 


More recently she has gained

considerable experience

working in film, TV and

advertisement productions 

which has included Injustice,

Harry Potter, Parades End, 

The Suspicions of Mr Whicher,

I Give it a Year and 

The Imitation Game.


In 2013 she took on several roles namely as Clare in “3some” (web/TV series), Hannah in “Death” and Beth in “The Attachment”.  She is also known for work as the widow in “Filled-In” and a family member in “Gift from God”.
